-TERMS OF SERVICE-

GENERAL TERMS OF SERVICE
- Prices are subject to change based on demands.- I have a right to reject any order and request I do not wish to do, and which I commission as well.- Must have a concept board/ references ready in case there are specific visuals the client wishes for me to tribute. Without one will give me full coverage on how the design will be.- Accepting my terms means you follow them, if you break them, then it will be void.
PAYMENT
- Following the first bullet above, the price may vary depending on your add-ons.- Payment may be 100% upfront or half at the first day of commissioning and second half at the last day of my deadline.- If you have taken a slot and will send payment later, know that you will only have 1 week to pay, or you will lose your slot.- Do not pay me when i have not given you a slot or confirmed your commission.- No refunds once you have paid for the commission.- USD / PHP are my main currency and paid via Paypal.
PROCESS & DELIVERY OF ITEMS
- I will be contacting you via Discord if you have one, or on Twitter to show you my progress. If there are things you wish for me to change, we will discuss everything there privately.- Every move I make into completing pieces I will show you the progress report, thoughts on how it looks, and more.- As for the time it takes on finishing, it depends on the package you wish to take.- Please note that my schedule may subject to change in case there are personal hurdles. I cannot rush your work or make it a priority, it is first come first serve.- Final product will be sent through Google Drive but may change depending on client preference.
COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICY
- I have the rights to claim the art, not the client. I am allowed to use them for promotions and displaying.- All commissions from me will be for personal use only.- Clients can promote the commissioned items with proper credit.- Clients are not allowed to take credit for the commissioned items, reproduce, repost and sell themselves, alter without consent.- Clients may request secrecy or to not publicize the product until a specific time.
REFUND / CANCELLATION
- Refunds are not accepted if you have paid and commissioned me. If you wish to cancel your order, it is not possible to have a refund.- Any request for refunds via Paypal will be rejected.- If you are sure to cancel commissioning me, please say it directly and as soon as possible before paying and taking a slot.- If you fail to follow the rules, the commissioned items I have made are free for me to use and profit in any way.
